Healing Sessions are a mix of Reiki & Pranic Healing, or can be centered on 1 specific healing modality depending on what your mind, body & spirit are needing.
 
Reiki is a hands on healing technique using a vibration of healing energy that helps to promote and accelerate the body’s natural healing processes; clear out negative or stagnant energy; replenish your body’s natural Ki/Chi/Energy levels; and can facilitate healing in an infinite number of ways.
 
Pranic Healing is a hands off healing technique and is a highly developed and tested system of energy treatment that uses prana (Sanskrit for life-force) to balance, harmonize and transform the body's energy processes. PH is based on the fundamental principle that the body has the innate ability to heal itself by utilizing life force, energy, or prana to accelerate the body's inborn ability to heal itself.
 
Sessions are offered in-person, virtual or in the comfort of your own home (extra $50 fee for travel).
