Breathwork Sessions are based upon what you are needing. Are you in need of a release? Clarity? Pure relaxation? There are different breathing techniques to support you and what you are needing in this season of your life.
Breathwork is helpful for many of our everyday challenges. It reduces stress, creates feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication, and connection.
Breathwork also helps release trauma or mental, physical, and emotional blocks, as well as anxiety, depression, fear, grief, and anger. Many people have described Breathwork as 6 months of therapy rolled up into 60 minutes.
Sessions are held in-person, virtual or in the comfort of your own home ($50 fee for travel). *Couples sessions are available - $25 for additional person(s)
